Privacy Notice
This notice provides information about the processing of personal data of visitors to the glogiai.hu website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

2. What data do we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis?
a) Visiting the website — server logs
When you visit the site, the hosting provider's server may log technical data (IP address, time of the request, browser type). The purpose is the operation and security of the site.
- Purpose: ensuring the site functions, operational security, preventing abuse.
- Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR].
- Retention: according to the hosting provider's logging practice, typically a few weeks.
b) Loading fonts — Google Fonts
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. On loading, your browser connects directly to Google's servers, so Google may learn your IP address. Google Fonts does not set a cookie for this.
- Purpose: a consistent appearance of the website.
- Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR].
c) Signing up for the beta-launch notification
If you provide your e-mail address on the homepage for notification, we process it solely to inform you about the platform launch and early access.
- Data processed: e-mail address.
- Purpose: notification about the beta launch.
- Legal basis: your consent [Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR], which you may withdraw at any time.
- Retention: until consent is withdrawn, at the latest until the notification following the platform launch.
3. Recipients, processors
We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties beyond what is stated in this notice. The following processors are involved:

4. Data transfer outside the EU
When using Google Fonts, data may also be transferred to the United States. Google provides the appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or certification under the data privacy framework). Details in Google's privacy policy.
5. Rights of the data subject
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- request information about and access to the data we process about you;
- request the rectification of inaccurate data;
- request the erasure of data ("right to be forgotten");
- request the restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- exercise the right to data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it).

6. Remedies
If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or turn to a court. As the controller's seat is in Hungary, the competent supervisory authority is:
