Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of the glogiai.hu website operated by GVM Europe Kft., as well as signing up for early access (beta).

2. Scope of the Terms
These Terms apply to the current, introductory (pre-launch) state of the website: viewing the website and signing up for the beta-launch notification. When the platform's full service — including registration, an account and a subscription — is launched, the Provider will publish separate, detailed terms of use and subscription terms, which will govern that service.
3. Description of the service
GlogiAI is an AI-powered freight exchange and logistics platform under development. The website currently allows presentation of the platform and sign-up for early access. Some of the features shown are in a development phase; the actual content of the service may change until the public launch.
4. Conditions arising from the beta nature
The platform launches as a beta (experimental) service. During the beta period:
- the service is available "as is"; the Provider makes no warranty of error-free or uninterrupted operation;
- individual features may change, be limited or discontinued without prior notice;
- the Provider reserves the right to determine and modify the terms of the beta period.
5. Signing up for early access
By providing an e-mail address on the website, the User may sign up for the beta-launch notification. Sign-up is voluntary and free of charge and can be withdrawn at any time. The processing of the e-mail address is governed by the Privacy Notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content displayed on the website — text, graphics, the "GlogiAI" name, the characters and the appearance of the platform — is the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright. The content may not be copied, distributed or exploited without the Provider's prior written consent.
7. User obligations
The User may use the website lawfully, respecting the rights of third parties and of the Provider. It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, attempt unauthorised access, or query the website in an automated, improper manner.
8. Liability
The Provider compiles the website's content with the greatest possible care but is not liable for indirect damages arising from any inaccuracy of the content or from the unavailability of the website. The Provider's liability is limited, within the framework of the applicable laws, to the narrowest extent permitted by law. This clause does not limit the Provider's liability in cases where liability cannot be excluded under the law.
9. Modification of the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. The modified Terms take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and the use of the website are governed by Hungarian law. The parties resolve their disputes primarily amicably; failing that, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. In the case of a consumer dispute, the User may also turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution body according to their place of residence.
